How old do I need to be to participate?
The Mission Impossible: Breakout room is designed for ages 12+. The Secrets of Horus children's Escape Room is suitable for ages 8+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over). They are not required to enter the attraction.
What should I wear?
It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes and sensible footwear.
What does it involve?
You and your team will need to complete various tasks in order to escape the rooms. Tasks will be a range of physical and mental, so there is something for everyone! You will need to work as a team to make sure you all escape.
What can I take in with me?
You can take mobile phones in the rooms but should not be used unless it's an emergency. Bags will not be able to be taken in, as they will hinder your progress.
Will I really be locked in?
Each room is equipped with a door exit button which you will be able to use to leave the attraction at any point.
Can I participate if I have medical issues?
Due to the nature of the attraction, it is not suitable for wheelchair users, pregnant women or those who suffer from photosensitive epilepsy, back pain or claustrophobia.
Is the attraction suitable for people with additional needs?
If you have additional needs, (including deafness or any level of visual impairment) please get in contact before you book so we can tailor the attraction to your needs.
How many people are in each group?
You can book a group of 2-10 people per Escape Room.
When do I need to arrive for my time slot?
You need to arrive at least 10 minutes before the time of your booking. If you are late we CANNOT guarantee that you will be able to enter. There will be no refunds.
Will there be others in the room apart from my group?
Due to COVID-19, we have changed our booking policy. When you book, the Escape Room will be for the exclusive use of your group irrespective of group size.
Can I book a corporate team building day?
Escape rooms are an excellent and unusual way to enhance team building skills. View our Corporate Packages.
What do I do if I need to use the toilet?
If you need to use the toilet during the experience, press the door exit button. A staff member will be able to direct you to the toilet.
Do I need to book in advance?
We encourage all customers to book in advance online at quest.je. Walk-ins are also available subject to availability. All bookings must be paid for prior to the booking taking place.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Changes to your booking such as number of people, date and time, Escape Room etc. can be made in advance of your booking by contacting us. Changes made on or after the booking date may not be honoured.
What measures have you put in place due to COVID-19?
We have hand sanitiser stations available to customers to use on entry and social distancing is practised throughout the attraction. Staff ensure all key touch points are frequently sanitised and maintain a high standard of hygiene.
Can my group book an Escape Room?
Our maximum booking level for any Escape Room remains at 10 in line with the latest Government of Jersey guidelines. If you have a group of more than 10 people, please contact us in advance of your booking. We strongly recommend that all bookings consist of people who are in the same household or bubble.
What do I need to do on arrival?
We ask all groups to check-in on arrival using our QR code station for track and trace purposes. Please ask a member of staff if you require assistance with this. We would also recommend that customers download Jersey's Covid Alert app from the App Store or Google Play.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Customers may wear face coverings in the Escape Rooms should they wish. However, these are not essential at this time. Gloves and masks are available from Reception on request.
